Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions…

How much will I make?
Our current advertising inventory is primarily CPA (cost per Action), and eCPMs (effective cost per 1000 impressions) can therefore vary significantly depending on traffic quality, and what forms of advertising our targeting algorithm selects for your website.  Our customers see eCPMs ranging from $0.20 at the very lowest end, right up to $10 for some of the video advertising we are currently rolling out.

We will also work with our larger publishers to source advertising that is specifically tailored to their audience.  Additionally, as we collect more data about a publisher’s audience, our targeting algorithm will get better at selecting advertising that is better suited to their audience.

How will I get paid?
We pay all of our publishers monthly by PayPal.  Please note that publishers need to have accrued over $20 before a payment it made.

How do I increase my revenue?
To maximise your potential revenue, make sure all products are turned on from within your dashboard and set the display frequency to 100%. Some of our products will make more revenue than others, however there’s a fine line between making money and annoying your visitors – make sure you get the right balance for your site.

How do I control my ad settings?
We make it easy to control all of your ad settings from with your publisher dashboard.  From here, you can easily control each product setting and set ad filters to prevent certain types of ad content showing on your site.

How do I control the pages that display the ads?
We make it easy to control all of your ad settings from with your publisher dashboard. The Execution rules from within each product setting will allow you to exclude specific keywords so that URLS containing these exclusion keywords will not trigger ads.  Or if you’d prefer to only show ads on a handful of pages, you can choose to use “inclusion Rules” where only URLS containing your inclusion keywords will trigger ads.

How do I control the the types of ad content shown to my users?
Our targeting algorithm is set to display advertising suited to your audience (and will get better at doing this as your traffic increases).  If however, you’d prefer to set manual constraints, you can easily set ad filters to prevent certain types of ad content showing on your site.  You can also exclude different types of ad content (eg. video ads).

I’m seeing too many ads on my site
Some of our products will make more revenue than others, however there’s a fine line between making money and annoying your visitors – make sure you get the right balance for your site. We make it easy to control all of your ad settings from with your publisher dashboard.  From here, you can easily control each product setting where you can set the frequency by which ads are displayed.  If you’re seeing too many ads on your site, we recommend turning down the frequency on some ad products.
